Life becomes easy when you accept that it’s hard

Is it that simple? No. It´s not. We get born into a family, where we follow patterns or rules on how to eat, sleep, how to behave, and what is wrong or what is right. Same old story :) After a while, once we grow up, we build our belief system out of the roots we originate. But why accept if we could rebel against anything we disagree. I did, yet I was not aware of, what is actually happening.

I was born in East-Germany back in 1977 when the political state caused by the infamous Primeminister Erich Honecker was pretty tense on my Mother. I grew up with my brother and her because she needed to leave our violent father.

How could such a start into life be accepted? As a child, we won´t hate, rather our understanding of love - our natural source of energy - is getting confused, hurt.

Later, after we moved - as an act of family reunion - from Germany to Hungary, I entered elementary school. In spite of my poor language skills, my parents praised me highly, how fast (in 3 months) I learned the Hungarian language. I had to fight for the acceptance of others by showing physical strength, and later humour. My disadvantage became my skill and I made the best out of it: charm.

I created a recipe for survival subconsciously: Observe (yourself) - Understand (the happening) - Accept (your fundament) - Effort (into transformation) - Enjoy (without regrets).

Here is an example: your ears are like Dumbos, spread out and large. You observe yourself by reactions of others, how this makes you feel. Good or bad? | Understand that it is about aesthetics which people are mocking you. | Accept your appearance as it´s given, and take it from there. Once we create a fundament for change, the magic happens. | This ground offers you the chance for change, so make an effort and transform your attitude. | If you managed to get so far, there wouldn´t be any troubling thought left about how you look and what others think - you start to enjoy the now. Namaste.

This recording below is explaining about attachments and patterns we follow in our life. Enjoy!
